- The facility itself is located at 10201 W Watertown Plank Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53213.
- Please park in the "small lot" that is south of the Milwaukee County Research Park water tower.
- While providing some basic instructions, it is not always easy for guests to access the facility without some guidance. Please contact Connie Hoppe at 414-257-4857.
- Begin to walk towards the southwest part of the Vel R. Phillips Juvenile Justice Center and you will need to enter in door #16 which is directly across the courtyard from the police entrance. The police entrance is more easily identifiable as you walk towards the building.
- We will meet you at the door and sign you in through our security.
