Welcome to third grade! I have been lucky enough to be teaching here at Lincoln for over 30 years. I have taught many different grades, but I am quick to say that third grade is a very special year. We do so many new things in third grade - cursive writing, multiplication and division, and taking notes in social studies and science and then taking tests on these notes. I enjoy teaching all the subjects, but science is my favorite. I love the hands-on activities we do - especially the ones with chemicals and worms. I am married and live in Whitefish Bay. My husband and I have two sons. I am fortunate to have Mrs. Hamilton as my colleague. She and I have the same philosophy towards teaching - we try to make learning fun yet meaningful.
