Longfellow Middle School Theater Department presents The LION KING JR. for our fall performance.
When King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi introduce their new son, Simba, to the animals of the Pridelands, the King's jealous brother, Scar, begins his plot to eliminate the young heir so he may rule the Pridelands. When it appears that Scar has succeeded in his plans, the Pridelands are nearly destroyed under Scar’s rule. Nala decides to leave and look for help, only to discover that Simba is alive. After much persuasion, Simba returns to take his rightful place as King.
