For students who have successfully completed Chef Foods I and Chef Foods II OR who have successfully completed Chef Foods I and are currently taking Chef Foods II.  It is a team of 4 students and 1 alternate who compete in the Wisconsin ProStart Invitational in either the culinary category or the management category.  The competition is for all schools in Wisconsin who are using the ProStart curriculum.  Scholarships and medals are awarded to the top three teams competing from Wisconsin and the 1st place team goes on to compete at the national level.  Contact Kathy Schulz at schulzka@wauwatosa.k12.wi.us or Sue Waltman at waltmasu@wauwatosa.k12.wi.us
