As director of human resources, I am responsible for recruitment, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of district employees. Furthermore, I administer compensation and benefit programs and oversee policies pertaining to various employee groups. Prior to joining the district, I was a Spanish teacher for ten years in the Mequon-Thiensville School District, worked as a staff counsel at the Wisconsin Association of School Boards, and was the director of human resources in the Baraboo School District.
