Ms. Dena Foster

I am transplant from the lovely state of Texas...by choice. After my graduation from Angelo State University with a bachelor's degree in history and English, I earned a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2005. Luckily for me, I was able to begin my middle school instruction at Longfellow Middle School in 2008 following five years of teaching in Milwaukee Public Schools. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my children, Elizabeth and Edward, as well as all our pets. We love to watch different sporting events and we spend as much time outside as possible. Personally, I love to go swimming, drink hot tea and read great literature. My family and I live in Thiensville; however, I am privileged to teach at Longfellow!
