Ms. Jennie Cottam

I am a Tosa kid at heart having grown up and attended schools in the community I now work for. Working with three Tosa East Alumni on our staff I have to represent the West side! I have been full time as a Program Coordinator with the Wauwatosa Recreation Department for two years but have worked for them a total of 13 years. Some of the programs I run are: Summer Adventure Club, Day Camp, I Can't Wait for Wednesdays, Winter and Spring Break Out Camps, ACAL & WAC and most recently Trunk or Treat. I also run other child and adult enrichment classes throughout the year. I love working for the recreation department as it fulfills my passion of working with children and event planning. What I most enjoy about my job is running into former participants who are now grown and still remember me from their childhood. As hopefully it means I made a positive impact on them.
