Mrs. Meehan

I have been with the Wauwatoa School District since August of 2005.  I have not only had the privelede of educating my children in this district but have lived here for the past 14 years with my husband Eric.  Recently, the Meehan family all became alumni of UW-Whitewater.  I graduated with a BSE in 1989 and MS in 1982.  My husband received his BBA in 1989 and his MBA in 1998 (from Xavier University).  One of my twin sons, Jacob, graduated in 3 years in May of 2016 with a BBA and my other son, Alex graduated with a BBA in December of 2017.  We all have a strong work ethic and enjoy our careers.  Working with students, their families and outstanding colleagues has been rewarding and an experience I will never forget.

I have recently begun volnteering at Stepping Stones Farm in Franksville which is a non profit horse rescue farm.  I have had the opportunity to work with Veterans, children and adults with special needs and experiencing that feeling of independence and confidence.  Working at the farm is an extension of my feelings working for the Wauwatosa School District.
