Have you ever wanted to try watercolor painting, but didn't know how to begin?
Or, maybe you are experienced but would like more knowledge and guidance exploring the beauty of the incredible medium?

Either way, this workshop is geared toward all levels of experience.....someone who has never held a brush in their hand before, the person who has had some experience with the medium and the expert watercolorist.  The instructor will meet you at your level of expertise.  Develop skills, starting with basic color mixing and painting exercises using only primary colors in warm and cool hues, then learn the fundamentals of various methods of color applications.  The instructor will supply reference materials allowing you to follow along making it easier for you to learn and apply new techniques to your future artwork.  The workshop includes demonstrations and critiques as well as individual guidance.  A supply list will be sent to you upon registration, as supplies will be needed for the session.  Students may contact instructor through her website prior to class.
